Request a Local Collection Office

Advantage Screening has developed a network of 13,000 collection centers available in all 50 states. Simply provide us with the zip code(s) of your job location. Our company representatives will locate the closest collection site to that zip code with the best possible price and medical service to suit your needs.

The specimen(s) will be collected and shipped overnight to one of our SAMHSA Certified Laboratories. Negatives are reported within 24 hours of being shipped. Positives are confirmed by Gas Chromatograph/ Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). The positive result will be reviewed by one of our Certified Medical Review Officers (MRO). You will have access to our internet secure 128 secured server database. An email notification will be sent to you that results are ready. You click on a link to login and view results.

Random Selection

For legal reasons many companies do not wish to perform random selection. Our equipment and software ensures a fair and random selection every time for your piece of mind.

A Medical Review Officer (MRO) is essential to protect the interests of the company and the donor. Our MRO's are licensed Medical Doctors (M.D.).
